Rick Palmer

Owner / Advanced Level Technician

Rick developed a passion for working on cars in the 80s. He became a technician at Town North Porsche in 1985, then decided to open his own shop in 1992.

Rick and his team have been helping people maintain and repair their cars and light duty trucks for over 30 years now.

Rick loves riding his dirtbike spending time with his wife Laura their kids and grandkids.

Tommy Welch

General Manager

Tommy started off working on cars in the 90s. He became a service manager at a very young age while providing pulpit supply and becoming an interim pastor for multiple Fannin and Collin County churches.

Tommy loves dirt track racing and spending time with his wife.

Ken Verrette

Service Manager

Ken started off as a tire manager with Western auto in the late 80s, after several years he worked his way up to store manager. Ken came to Innovative October 22, 1996 where he worked on cars for many years before becoming the Service Manager.

Ken loves NASCAR racing and putting together Lego's.

Barry Miller

ASE Master Technician

Barry enjoys riding his Harley Davidson, and hunting.

Mike Aldana

Technician

Ex-super bike rider who loves working on cars.

Technician

Foster enjoys racing, skateboarding and music.

Dustin Morrow

Dustin enjoys walking, spending time with his family, especially Tristan his son Tristan.

Joe was an Auto Parts manager for many years, but always had a passion to work on cars. He enjoys spending time with his family.
