My car was making a weird noise. They had difficulty replicating it, but they took a look inside taking things apart and found the issue anyways. I love how they’re relatively fast, but don’t try to go as fast as those “quick repair” places (a nice balance of timely and proper care. It doesn’t sit in the lot without being worked on, but they also don’t rush through the work). Their communication is also really good, they make it easier when multiple people share a car (one person can bring it in and another can get updates; perfect for families). I don’t like how they have a tendency to keep the car running while checking out, I’d much rather just take it out from being parked so less gas could be wasted. It’s a relatively minor complaint though.
