I have 100% trust with all of my automotive needs at Innovative Autoworks in Plano, TX.

I’ve used innovative for several years covering multiple cars. They are honest and have done great work every time. Tommy always clearly communicates the issues and provides fair prices for the repairs.

Ken and Tommy are great. Always quick to respond and get me updates on the car. Quick repairs, without being too quick and missing things. Good pricing too, compared a quoted repair from a dealership to these guys and it was more reasonable.

My car was making a weird noise. They had difficulty replicating it, but they took a look inside taking things apart and found the issue anyways. I love how they’re relatively fast, but don’t try to go as fast as those “quick repair” places (a nice balance of timely and proper care. It doesn’t sit in the lot without being worked on, but they also don’t rush through the work). Their communication is also really good, they make it easier when multiple people share a car (one person can bring it in and another can get updates; perfect for families). I don’t like how they have a tendency to keep the car running while checking out, I’d much rather just take it out from being parked so less gas could be wasted. It’s a relatively minor complaint though.

Rick and the boys always do an excellent job beyond the call of duty! So very grateful for all of them!

Great care taken

I have for my routine maintenance and any repairs done here and they have done an excellent job with explains any work that is being done and providing quotes for parts and labor.

I brought my car to Innovative Auto Works for major engine repairs and they diagnosed and repaired it at a fair price. I highly recommend their honest, professional service. Reliable mechanics who do great work- Ill definitely be coming back!
