I have trusted my family's cars and my family's safety to Rick Palmer and his staff of technicians for over 20 years. This included not only my cars and my wife's, but the cars we bought for our 3 children as they commuted hundreds of miles (and, thousands of miles collectively) to their respective college campuses over their academic career. To this day, my 2 sons now entrust their cars and THEIR family's safety to Rick and his technicians. I don't know of a better recommendation that I can make ... my wife and I, as well as our children, literally trust Innovative Auto Works with our lives.
