Plano Auto Repair

This was my first time to use Innovative, but it certainly won't be my last. Both Ken and Ron were extremely friendly and helpful. They not only did my repair work (ac compressor replacement), professionally and at a reasonable cost, they also looked at a friends car and solved her minor problem (at no charge) as well. I don't look forward to "having" to use their services again anytime soon, but am glad to have found them when I do. Thanks for a great job guys!

Quick analysis of the issue on the morning . Options provided. Work done. Car ready for pickup when I got of work … What more can you ask?

Fabulous!!! I love Innovative. I feel that they are always honest with me. Ken tells me what is going on with my vehicles and prioritizes what needs to be done. If he can't do it or some other business does it better, he lets me know and will even let them know I'm on my way. In my opinion, the best place to take your vehicle. I sent my parents there and we take all of our cars there. I never hesitate to recommend them. They are not a chain but a family run business. The waiting room is wonderful too.

Ken was very helpful and updated my maintenance information not only in his computer system (a real plus for those of us who are looking to demonstrate regular maintenance to sell a car) but in my car's maintenance record book. They are always so courteous, helpful and professional!
