For the past 12 years, I have trusted Innovative with all repairs I could bring to them, (I live remotely). I continue to have a good overall experience with them.I do wish they were open some time during the weekend, because it's difficult to get to them during the week, especially if they have my car.

Ken and the guys at Innovative do such a great job. A friend of mine introduced me to Innovative and I have not had any negative issues. Ken is always so quick to get me in and out. I have referred friends to them as well.Oh, the auto work is great also.

as a woman i've not always had great experiences with auto repair shops, in fact i've had incredibly bad experiences that have been costly and disappointing. i am suspicious because i know i am not knowledgeable about mechanics. innovative has quickly earned my trust by being professional, reliable, and efficient.
