I love doing business with Innovative. Rick and Ken are sooo kind and understanding with this dumb blonde, and they don't take advantage of it. Every other shop I walk in to see $$$$ signs due to my stupidity. And they normally get it. Rick & Ken run an honest, clean shop, have the best prices around, and from now on, all my referrals will be going there instead of Euro Automotive. They are also Christians, which means the world to me. & yet, they are down to earth too. They seem to not get offended when I accidently let a 4 letter word slip. And when it comes to cars & my stupidity, those 4 letter words are EVERYWHERE. Ken, thank you for letting me know what year my car is. I just never realized I might need that info. It is silver and has the Lexus logo on the front and that has worked for me.

As always the team got my car in on shortish notice. Another quick and excellent job for an oil change and general check up of my vehicle.
