Had a great experience. You told me what you would do and how much it would cost. You did what you said you would do, and charged me what you said you would. I didn't have to bring my car back to get anything "redone". I can't expect any more than that. The next time I need work done on my auto's, you will be seeing me!

Been going to Rick since the early 90's. He has worked on my imported car and Chevy trucks. Knows his stuff, reasonable charges, and has a friendly staff. Nice to have an auto shop with reliable and honest mechanics.I'd prefer anybody and I often do.Thanks again guys!

You won't get more bang for your buck at any other garage in Plano--and perhaps the whole DFW Metroplex. These guys know their stuff. The work is always done well and in a timely manner. We can't recommend Innovative enough. Tell Ken that we sent you!
