I suddenly realized that I hadn’t had my oil changed in a certified pre-owed vehicle I purchased back in Sept 2021, because the dealer didn’t put a sticker on the windshield to remind me. I called Ken in a panic and he managed to get me the first appointment two days later. Also, since I didn’t have anyone to give me a ride to work, they did the service within 45 minutes, so I still made it to work in time. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
