The team at Innovative Auto Works is ABSOLUTELY amazing! I cannot brag on this team enough. We have an entire fleet of vehicles. If it was not for the integrity and customer service at Innovative Auto Works, we would have been in a heap of trouble. I suddenly realized that I hadn’t had my oil changed in a certified pre-owed vehicle I purchased back in Sept 2021, because the dealer didn’t put a sticker on the windshield to remind me. I called Ken in a panic and he managed to get me the first appointment two days later. Also, since I didn’t have anyone to give me a ride to work, they did the service within 45 minutes, so I still made it to work in time. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I’ve trusted this shop to keep our cars running for close to 40 years … my car, my wife’s car and the cars of each of our 3 kids until the were grown and moved away. Innovative Auto Works has never failed us and that’s why we trust them.

These guys know how to care for their customers and are well prepped to preform basic to extensive mechanical work on ALL vehicle models. If it was made in the 1940’s, theses are your guys, if you drive a Corvette or Pinto they are able to fix ‘em. We’ve even taken our motorcycles. Basic service from oil changes, State inspections to scheduled maintenance or a new transmission this is a one stop automotive center. Being a woman and going to mechanics can be an iffy ordeal and sometimes insulting encounter, not at Innovative, they treat you like a customer. If you try ‘em, you’ll be satisfied with their prices, time frames and overall experience.

They were able to fit us in this morning and were excellent as always.

The guys at Innovative are great! Had some work done on my "new" truck to bring it up to snuff and they were fast and accurate as usual! Go see them for any automotive issue, don't wait.....do it today!!!!
