HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. I have been to many car related places in my life and rarely have I ever had the pleasure of working with a group like this. They have been kind, informative, done great work, gotten me in and out quickly, and all the other customers in their shop say the same as me - they won't take their vehicles anywhere else either. I drive 45mins just to go here - totally worth it - would drive 2hrs if I had to. Thanks ya'll!

Once again, you did an Awesome job with the Honda Pilot state inspection. Innovative was very professional from start to finish and I was another very satisfied customer.

My wife and I are leaving on a road trip in a few days. I wanted to have the car's fluid level and belts checked before we left. Took it over to Ken at Innovative and they probably spent 15-20 minutes looking my car over and found everything was ok. Ken just handed me my keys back and said "have a great time - no charge!". We will now knowing that our car's in good shape. I'll tell you, these guys care about their customers and really want them to be satisfied, and treated well. They are my go to guys, and they should be yours as well. Try them you like them!!!
