Very happy that my part that had failed was covered by the supplier warranty. Wasn't expecting it to be, so quite a nice surprise. Just paid the labor for reinstall and I was back on the road. Who wouldn't be pleased with that?

Fast, friendly service! I called Monday morning with a kinda urgent matter and they got me in and out that day. I have used them twice now and both times received excellent customer service. I was dreading what would be the diagnosis when my check engine light came on the day before my registration renewal was due. However, I knew I would receive an accurate and complete diagnosis if I took my car to Ken and the team at Innovation Auto Works. The issue was minor (as far as what could have been the issue) took less than a day to repair and at a very reasonable/affordable cost!!!

Office and mechanical staff continue their long tradition of excellent customer communication and professional care in auto evaluation, cost estimates and/or repairs. They're the best, in my opinion.
