Thank you. Tom thank you so much for all your fast diagnosis and repair. I was hit by a another vehicle and it totaled my CRV but with such low mileage I did;t want to give it up when it was just my back end. I called innovative and sent them the invoice from collision caliber and Tom said we can fix it so we “bought it back” so to speak and had it towed to Innovative auto. Not only did they say no problems but they repair it for more than a $1000 less than CC estimate. And it was done in two days. New axel, muffler, everything. Thanks to USAA and innovative auto My little old 2006 CRV was back on the road in less then one week. Thank you guys. Thank you Tom and thank you Ken for always being so helpful all these years. Did I mention that I‘Ve used IA since 1994? Great mechanics. Great staff. Great place. Thank you all.

We've trusted only Innovative with all our vehicles for at least 13 years and don't plan on changing. They just blessed our mini-van to take our oldest to college next month. We trust them with our most precious cargo!!

They always take care of me. If I inquire about a part I think is about ready for replacement and it’s good for another 20,000 they tell me. Never heard that from a dealership!

Constantly providing outstanding customer service and know their way around any make or model. Recently took our car to the dealership for some warranty work. Everything seemed fixed for a few weeks then the exact problems came back. We called the dealership and they pretty much laughed about it which really pissed us off! So instead of going back, we trusted the guys at Innovative Auto to preform the work properly and of course they came through as always finding the problems, fixing it correctly and charging a very fair price. They treat everyone with respect and don’t make women feel they are getting ripped off or told repairs are needed when they aren’t. Would NEVER even consider going to another repair shop!!! So... if you want a problem fixed the first time and expect a reasonable price, you should give em a try.

It's pretty simple. These guys are really good and you can trust them!
