I have been taking my cars (and I have had at least three different models and car companies) for over 20 years to Innovative. Today, the mechanics took good care of my scheduled maintenance check AND went beyond to point out that they had noticed a nail in the front driver's side tire. They made sure to mark it and suggested that I take it to Discount Tire which is not too far away. I knew the way to the tire place, because I routinely purchase all my tires from them - have done so again for about the same length of time. At the tire place, they evaluated the tire and confirmed that there was indeed a nail, but they also found a small tear in the side of the tire, resulting in them replacing the tire. Unfortunately, I had to replace the other front tire because it was getting close to also replacing that tire because of the tread still remaining. I feel so very blessed that I was able to take care of a future problem and also have more confidence driving around the Metroplex with two new tires and a good report regarding my car's working status (per Innovative's owner, Rick Palmer). Innovative ROCKS and I have no reservations recommending them to my friends.
