Came in responding to the email they sent about suggested factory maintenance, and I take it seriously since it's my only vehicle. They had me in for the diagnostic and out with work done on the same day!

Ken was a pleasure to work with. He explained the issues that were going on and they patiently and thoroughly diagnosed and resolved the problem with my car. Considerably less expensive than the local dealer I had been working with (and a different diagnosis and fix than was recommended by the dealer). Overall very good experience and would recommend Innovative Auto Works for work on your car!
