I have been a customer of Innovative since 1995. I trust them to be honest with me and will only trust my car to them. I have never had a problem with the work I received and have never had to take my car back for rework for the same problem. I have referred many of my relatives and friends and they love the too. I am a lifetime customer.

Honest and very personable repair shop. Went in for suspected leaking power steering, but they found the real cause, which was oil leaks. They took the time to look at my suspected issue, and didn't charge me extra when that wasn't the real problem.

Been going to innovative for over fifteen years and seven autos in the family. They will find the problem, will fix the problem, are honest, and have fair prices. I can send my wife there and tell her to get it fixed with no drama. Sure they will call me too, if there are options, but were i unavailable i would have zero worry they would steer her wrong.

Over the years Innovative has saved me thousands of dollars in parts and labor. I would not take my cars anywhere else. I have also sent friends and family there and never doubted that they would receive the same treatment!
