The guys at Innovative were fantastic. They were really thorough in their investigation of my car's issues and gave me the complete rundown of everything they find. They made honest and helpful recommendations and let me choose the plan of action. I'm so thankful to find a place that doesn't try to talk you into repairs that aren't necessary. Company has always been great to deal with, especially Ken and Rick. I have a very old beater that needed a good bit of work. They prioritized what needed to be done first, got the work done fairly quick for a good price, and do a great job keeping me in the loop on what I need to do moving forward. Wish I had found them years ago.
