Rick and his staff are wonderful as always. In and out in a flash; granted, just a state inspection, but still not a pain like other places. About other places: I don’t go there! 😎

Being a woman I was never comfortable going to an auto shop alone. Was treated like I had no clue about anything and felt ripped off and sometimes the work was crappy. Find Rick when he first started out in Richardson. He and his team have worked on all of our trucks, cars and motorcycles for 15 plus years. Have referred them to everyone needing a good ‘ole auto shop in Plano. Friendly guys that treat us with respect. Have always repaired our vehicles the first time and stick to their estimated time frame of completion and quotes. Just a bunch of down to earth guys that are good honest mechanics and reasonable prices. Try ‘em once and you’ll be another customer!

The guys at Innovative were fantastic. They were really thorough in their investigation of my car's issues and gave me the complete rundown of everything they find. They made honest and helpful recommendations and let me choose the plan of action. I'm so thankful to find a place that doesn't try to talk you into repairs that aren't necessary. Will be back for sure!
