Once again, thanks for all your help.

Always a good experience! They always give you a rundown as to what is needed and if you need more than one thing down will tell you the priority order you need to get them done. They also will give you a few alternatives when possible. For example, I had a driver seat where the seat frame was damaged. It would cost a lot to get replaced. My car is very old, so instead of saying replacing it was my only option Rick made a part to fix the issue for a fraction of the cost. Also, I will need a new tire soon. They suggested a used tire place so I could save some money but still get a quality product. Also get work completely quickly. They have always finished on time or quicker than the estimate they have given me.

As always, Rick, Ken and crew gave me a fair price and great service! I found Innovative Auto at a referral from a physician friend. My Porsche had an issue that it wouldn’t stay started. The other dealership had taken it all apart and wanted thousands to fix it. I had it towed (in pieces) to Innovative. Rick had it diagnosed within minutes as the car had a kill switch which he quickly found. He put the car back together, showed me how to work the kill switch, and charged less than $500. I have remained a loyal customer since! Thank you Innovative Auto for taking care of my autos since- Mercedes, Honda, Ford, and BMW! I really appreciate all your help!
