Innovative is my go to place for car care for my 69 Porsche 911T, my 2008 Porsche Cayenne, to my wife's 2016 Lexus 350 ES, and my 2010 Hyundai Vera Cruz. Rick, Ken and the guys are quick thorough and even answer my senior questions. They tell me what I need and what I don't need. I'm an Innovative customer for life.

I called in with an urgent repair need Friday afternoon Easter weekend (window regulator shot: window in full down position). Ken got me in right away and took care of it as promised by end of business day. What a relief to not have a vehicle out of service for the holiday weekend because you couldn't park and leave it unattended anywhere!
