Daughter went somewhere closer to her to get an oil change. The place said she had some “stripped” oil plug and it was a big deal. Told her to come home and we’d take it to Innovative. Ken said $5 and it’s fixed. Yep, we love and trust Innovative with 3 generations’ cars.
