Ken and the team Innovative Auto Works are always great to work with, are able to diagnostic problems and perform quality repairs. This visit they helped replace the brake pads and rotors on my 2007 Audit A4. I have used IAW for approximately a year or two after having been with another garage for 25 years, and have enjoyed the new relationship and the quality of their work.

My family has been bringing cars to Innovative for 15 years or more. Dependable and trustworthy is how I will describe their technical and customer service. I am especially appreciative of one mechanic's recommendation that I put Alfalfa into my fuel system. Yep, Alfalfa. I was having problem with linkages and the Alfalfa, within a few minutes lubricated the linkages. An added benefit was increasing flow and combustion level of fuel. Awesome actually. The residual exhaust has been unusual, but I have appreciated the technical skills and know how of Innovative Autoworks.
