Can't ask for better service ! They can work on vehicles ranging from new high end luxury cars to antiques and even motorcycles. Knowledgeable and professional yet friendly. Took me a while to find an honest mechanic. Being a single woman and going to an independent auto shop often resulted in getting ripped off or crappy customer service. I have recommended a dozen or more friends and co-workers and will continue to do so. Rick has been part of our family even before moving to Plano. They truly care about their customers. Try 'em out and you'll understand!

Just as always, IAW keeps repair costs down. My recently acquired car's transmission was beginning to go away. I thought the worst...transmission replacement. Ken, after hearing the symptoms, said it could be a maintenance issue for ten times less the cost. And so it was. Yay. That kind of service is why I continue to come down to Plano even when I don't live there anymore, and will continue to.
