I live alone, I have only one car, I live a long ways away in McKinney with few people I can call on when I deliver my vehicle. Normally, I ride my trike back home, but it was rainy. Ken was nice enough to expedite my brake repair and send me on my way. Thank you, Kenny!

I knew replacing the trunk struts was a job I could do, but really just didn't want to do since it would take time away from the hail repair I was doing on other vehicles. Innovative got the car right in and took care of it; and I was glad I didn't have to crawl inside the trunk and deal with some potential 'knuckle busters'!

The guys at Innovative Auto are great! They have been my mechanic since before I bought my present Mazda MX3 in 1995. You might say they are a real class act since my car's about to be a classic and still driving great. In the time I've known them I've thrown them a few curve balls with the types of things that have fallen out, fallen in, or fallen off my car. They've always treated me and my car like family... They shake their heads and laugh a little, but they put my humpty dumpty of a car back together and get us back on the road.
