Always great service and very trustworthy. I've been taking my vehicles to Innovative since 2007 and I have never had an issue with their service or value received.

Can always count on the service from Innovative. Have been a customer since moving to Plano in 1997 and continue to recommend them to friends. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else (unless it is warranty work from the dealership).

For over 20 years, Innovative Auto Works has consistently provided superior service. They always meet their schedule, prices are competitive and reasonable, the work is superior. My first experience with Innovative and Ken Verrette could not have been better. I was frustrated with big time car dealer service and decided to give Innovative the work based on reviews I read. It was a very friendly, courteous experience and I will certainly come back. The problems with my old (but very well cared-for) car were diagnosed quickly & properly and fixed, even though some parts were difficult to locate.
