Plano Auto Repair

I have used Innovative to keep my car in good repair for several years now. Perhaps the most illustrative anecdote I can share is from a couple of years ago. My father-in-law had just moved to Dallas and had a problem with his car. They identified the issue as being one of his tires and told him that there was another place in Plano where he could get a better deal than they could offer. Any business that is so forthright with their customers has earned my trust, and my business.

Inspection and oil change

I would not think about going anywhere else. The staff here has proven to me over and over that they are trustworthy. Ken is great and always happy and positive. A+ service all the way around!

If I was not satisified I would not come back

They were very fast and great to work with. They had my truck done in less that 24 hours and I know that they did it right. I will always take my vehicles to them when I am anyway in the DFW area.

You do what is needed on time and within cost estimates. Never any residual fall back.

These guys are great. They don't just charge you. They do educate you why you need the repairs and what justifies the cost. I have found that truly honest guys may charge you a going rate but cost you less in the long run by doling a good job. Remember, you most often get what you pay for. Not to say that that this shop overcharges!!! It's just that quality work is important to them!
