Ken is always very helpful but my car smelled of cigarette smoke and the steering wheel was quite greasy after the repairs were made.

You guys did a great job at taking care of me......it is obvious that the work you did corrected the problem in how the Escape drives. Since I am NEW up here in Plano it is great to find a place I can trust my vehicles to. THANKS.

Innovative Auto works has taken care of my Nissan Rogue. I trust them totally. They give great advise and are good about getting you in quickly! This auto place is the only place I will take my car too! I had a Honda Accord several years old That started having major issues. They checked it out ,and told me to go park it because not safe to drive . The repairs would cost more then car worth. So whenever I have any issues with my vehicle ,I go to them first. They also have great coupons that I use.

As usual, I had great service, great work on my car, great price for the work, and great results. These guys do it right!

Responsive service. Called me quickly with the assessment of the vehicle. There was nothing to be fixed so there was no charge. High degree of integrity.

I have trusted my family's cars and my family's safety to Rick Palmer and his staff of technicians for over 20 years.
